Sondre Haugen

I work as a consultant at Atea, delivering modern workplace solutions to customers across both the public and private sectors. My core area of expertise is endpoint management, covering Microsoft Intune from design and implementation to day-to-day operations, application management, and patch management. I work extensively with both Windows and macOS.

Surrounding this is the broader Microsoft 365 platform, including endpoint security with Microsoft Defender, identity and access management with Entra ID, and automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Power Automate.

I have held technical lead roles in several client modernization projects, where I have designed and configured new endpoint standards, managed pilot deployments, and followed solutions through to operational handover.

I also work with Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI. This includes planning and delivering training sessions for end users. It provides a valuable balance to my role: I enjoy building technical solutions, but also explaining them in a way that helps people actually adopt and use them. Strong user adoption is an essential part of a successful digital workplace.
